Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation and guest service, ensuring that we maintain our high-quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to established specifications by utilizing approved recipes, proper portion control, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during busy periods, in compliance with time and temperature requirements.
• Adhere to food safety standards, promptly reporting any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Cultivate a positive atmosphere by exhibiting enthusiasm and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues, fostering a respectful and cooperative work environment.
• Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand values positively.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure it meets our standards.
• Uphold personal appearance in accordance with company policies and display professionalism at all times.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies and protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests with enthusiasm upon their entry into the restaurant.
• Serve guests while following recipe and preparation guidelines diligently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels across all workstations.
