POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our valued guests, all while upholding our commitment to quality by adhering to established quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:
– Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
– Restock the front line with prepared products during high-demand periods and in accordance with time and temperature guidelines.
– Follow food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
– Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment.
– Strive to exceed our guests’ expectations consistently.
– Collaborate as a team player, fostering a cooperative and respectful relationship with management and fellow team members.
– Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA.
– Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure it is upheld.
– Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
– Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for everyone.
– Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
– Greet all guests enthusiastically upon their entrance to the restaurant.
– Serve guests according to recipe and preparation guidelines.
– Clean, organize, and restock all workstations.
