As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Prepare food in accordance with established specifications, utilizing approved recipes, accurate portioning, and relevant food preparation logs and tools.
• Restock food items on the front line during peak times and ensure compliance with appropriate time and temperature controls.
• Adhere meticulously to food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and engaging work environment at all times.
• Aim to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, fostering a respectful and cooperative workplace.
• Act as a brand ambassador for QDOBA, representing our values and commitment to quality.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and exemplify professionalism consistently.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
