Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service hours and maintain compliance with time and temperature guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a sense of fun at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through attentive service.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, fostering a cooperative and respectful work environment.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand with pride.
• Regularly monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain high standards.
• Ensure that personal appearance aligns with company standards and exhibit professionalism at all times.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
• Enthusiastically greet all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests while adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all workstations as needed.
