As a Team Member & Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing food and serving our guests while ensuring the highest quality standards of our products through adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food in accordance with established specifications, utilizing approved recipes, proper portioning techniques, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours and in alignment with time and temperature requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Foster a fun, positive atmosphere and maintain an upbeat attitude at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, demonstrating respect and cooperation with both management and colleagues.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our values and mission.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure it meets our standards.
