As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours and in accordance with required time and temperature guidelines.

  • Foster a fun, positive atmosphere by maintaining an upbeat attitude at all times.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and coworkers, maintaining a respectful and cooperative working environment.
  • Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our brand and values.
  • Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to ensure consistency.
  • Present a professional image by adhering to personal appearance standards set by the company.
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and security protocols to create a safe environment for all team members and guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
