Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food and serving our guests. You will be instrumental in upholding our standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and necessary food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak periods, ensuring adherence to time and temperature guidelines.
• Comply with food safety standards, reporting any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun, engaging atmosphere at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations with exceptional service.
• Collaborate as a team player, maintaining cooperative and respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand values and commitment to quality.
• Monitor product quality and take the necessary actions to uphold these standards.
• Ensure personal appearance is in line with company standards, displaying professionalism consistently.
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests warmly upon their entry to the restaurant.
• Serve guests by following precise recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of all stations.
