Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, your primary responsibilities will include preparing food and serving our guests while ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

Job Functions:

  • Prepare food according to specified standards using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
  • Restock front-line stations with prepared products during busy periods and ensure compliance with time and temperature requirements.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety standards and report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, contributing to a fun and engaging work environment.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members, fostering a cooperative and respectful work atmosphere.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our values and culture.
  • Monitor product quality and take corrective actions to uphold the highest standards.
  • Maintain personal appearance in accordance with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for all.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
  • Serve guests in accordance with recipe and preparation guidelines.
  • Organize, clean, and restock all stations consistently.
