Position Summary:
As a Team Member & Cook at QDOBA, you will be responsible for food preparation and serving our valued guests. This role involves maintaining our high-quality standards by adhering to established quality and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food following approved recipes, ensuring proper portioning and utilizing food preparation logs and tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours or to adhere to time and temperature requirements.
• Comply with food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practice discrepancies.
• Maintain a cheerful demeanor and foster a positive atmosphere at all times.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively, demonstrating respect and a spirit of teamwork with management and colleagues.
• Act as an ambassador for the QDOBA brand.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate steps to uphold it.
• Ensure your personal appearance aligns with company standards and exhibit professionalism consistently.
• Understand and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
• Warmly welcome all guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Serve guests according to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all workstations.
