As Taco Bob’s continues to expand, we are actively seeking friendly, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We invite applications for open interviews across all our locations in Southwest Michigan.

We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions with opportunities for advancement in compensation and hours. Benefits include employee meals, tips, and a flexible yet consistent schedule. The Cashiering position involves familiarizing yourself with our menu and POS system to accurately process customer orders, as well as maintaining cleanliness through tasks such as busing tables, sweeping floors, and dishwashing. Other responsibilities include learning food preparation, restocking supplies, and bagging orders.

The Line Cook position entails mastering our menu, acquiring essential kitchen skills and safety protocols, and conducting cleaning duties in both the kitchen and other restaurant areas. Additional tasks will include food preparation, restocking, and order packaging.

Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, plus cash tips on top of the hourly wage. End-of-year bonuses are also offered.
