AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a Restaurant General Manager in Whitehall, MI, we need to benchmark it against industry standards for similar roles in comparable locations. Typically, the average hourly wage for a Restaurant General Manager in the U.S. ranges from $20 to $35, depending on factors such as experience, restaurant size, and type (fast food vs. fine dining). Considering the cost of living in Whitehall, which is lower than in major urban centers, a competitive rate would likely fall within the lower to mid-range of the national average.
