POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests, while ensuring the maintenance of our high-quality standards for food safety and quality.

Job Functions:

– Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning techniques, and food preparation logs/tools.
– Restock the front line with prepared products during peak volume periods and in accordance with time and temperature requirements.
– Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
– Maintain a positive attitude and foster a spirit of fun at all times.
– Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
– Collaborate and maintain a cooperative, respectful relationship with management and team members.
– Serve as a brand ambassador for QDOBA.
– Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to uphold that quality.
– Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and consistently display professionalism.
– Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment for all employees and guests.
– Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
– Enthusiastically greet guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
– Serve guests by following recipe and preparation guidelines.
– Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at all stations.
