POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation and guest service. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards of our products by adhering to our established quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

– Prepare food according to established specifications by utilizing approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
– Restock front-line stations with prepared products during peak hours and in accordance with time and temperature guidelines.
– Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
– Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun, energetic atmosphere at all times.
– Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
– Collaborate effectively as a team player and cultivate respectful working relationships with management and fellow team members.
– Serve as a QDOBA ambassador, representing our values and culture.
– Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to ensure it meets our standards.
– Maintain personal appearance in line with company standards and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
– Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
– Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
– Greet each guest enthusiastically upon their arrival at the restaurant.
– Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
– Keep all workstations clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
