We are seeking individuals dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience that is demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embracing customer service principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Employees will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to meet business needs.

  • Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, providing change as per established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain and uphold the merchandising philosophy, following established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
  • Ensure organizational cleanliness and uphold recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
  • Provide and welcome recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. The actual starting pay will be commensurate with the applicant’s relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
