In this role, you will be instrumental in providing a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer-centric philosophy, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. Responsibilities include adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, as well as the potential for cross-training in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture through a commitment to honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring proper change is returned according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Maintain merchandising philosophy by adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company protocols.
  • Participate actively in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
  • Uphold organizational cleanliness and recovery standards in the sales area while helping to maintain the overall store environment.
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to uphold a safe working environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
