Job Overview
As a Cosmetic Sales colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the beauty needs of our customers while driving sales. Acting as both a product educator and beauty enthusiast, your expertise lies in empowering our customers to feel beautiful and confident. Your primary focus will be to cultivate a strong client base and nurture client relationships to achieve sales objectives. You will embrace innovation by leveraging new selling strategies and will be comfortable engaging with customers through virtual platforms and phone communication. Your responsibilities will include providing consultations and applying makeup and products for customers.

What You Will Do

  • Warmly greet customers and provide exemplary service
  • Utilize your product knowledge to offer expert guidance tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
  • Build rapport with customers by introducing them to beauty products and uncovering their hidden needs
  • Demonstrate and teach the application of beauty products
  • Maintain proper display, organization, storage, and restocking of inventory
  • Use our clientele program to connect with customers, achieve sales goals, inform them of promotions and product launches, and enroll them in our rewards program
  • Participate in pre-sale and sales-enhancing events to boost sales and meet personal targets

Essential Physical Requirements:
