As a key player in our store, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. Leading by example, you will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and exemplify outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a culture of honesty and integrity while upholding confidentiality.
  • Play an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles.
  • Coach Associates on how to personalize customer interactions while promoting loyalty initiatives.
  • Allocate register assignments, manage point-of-sale coverage, and coordinate breaks for team members.
  • Address customer concerns and issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure that Associates execute tasks in alignment with the store plan, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to set and address priorities; provide regular progress updates.
  • Offer and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with Management to assess and meet Associate training needs for increased effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Promote safety awareness and uphold a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
