Job Description
Job Title: Retail Department Supervisor Full Time Now Hiring
Company: Marshalls
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: $14 – 14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $14.50 for a “Retail Department Supervisor” position in Auburn Hills, MI, is generally considered low compared to industry standards. According to data as of October 2023, retail supervisors in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, location, and company size. Additionally, rising living costs and inflation in recent years have influenced wage expectations, making this pay range less competitive for attracting qualified candidates. Therefore, for a full-time role with supervisory responsibilities, the offered salary may not align well with the current market conditions and may need to be adjusted to attract and retain talent effectively.
