Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Montgomery

Company:

Location: Montgomery, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 for a Retail Donation Attendant in Montgomery, OH, is somewhat below the industry standard for similar positions, which typically ranges between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and specific job responsibilities. While this pay is on the lower end of the scale, it may still attract candidates in a region with a lower cost of living or those seeking entry-level opportunities. However, considering increases in the minimum wage and competition for retail positions, employers may need to offer more attractive compensation or benefits to retain quality staff and remain competitive in the local labor market.
