Job Description
Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Montgomery
Company:
Location: Montgomery, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 for a Retail Donation Attendant in Montgomery, OH, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on location and experience. While wage variations can occur based on local cost of living and employer budgets, this rate may not be competitive in attracting applicants, especially given that many entry-level retail positions are offering higher wages in the current labor market. Additionally, the increasing focus on fair wages and employee satisfaction suggests that offering a rate closer to or above the average would be more appealing to potential candidates.
