In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through engaging and interactive service while embodying our customer experience principles. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may also be cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
  • Promote and foster a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns while following established operating procedures for handling payments.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold the merchandising philosophy by adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Engage in store recovery tasks as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain essential organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in store-wide maintenance and cleanliness efforts.
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts and maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
