LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is actively seeking Part-time Retail Marketers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding verbal communication skills, exhibit self-motivation, show dependability, and possess reliable transportation. Successful applicants will be required to work on-site at various retail locations. Hours and days are flexible, with weekend availability being essential.

Job Summary:
The Retail Marketer will engage in pre-scheduled shifts at retail stores and will be responsible for generating leads for the local office through proactive interaction with potential customers. This role requires exceeding lead generation targets and achieving goals established by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively interact with potential customers and conduct product demonstrations using energetic and positive engagement techniques
• Work independently while maintaining open communication with the manager
• Meet established performance objectives
• Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone is required
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to educate potential customers about our product
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and engagement over extended periods
• Capacity to implement our established system for generating leads for our highly-rated product
