LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly expanding home improvement company, is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, reliability, and access to dependable transportation. Selected individuals will represent our brand onsite at various retail locations. Work hours and days will vary, with weekend availability being essential.

Job Summary:
As a Retail Marketer, you will fulfill pre-scheduled shifts at retail stores, engaging with potential customers to generate leads for the local office. You will be responsible for surpassing lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through high-energy product demonstrations using positive and engaging techniques
• Work independently while maintaining open communication with management

Job Requirements:

• Availability on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• A smartphone is required for the role

• High energy and engagement during interactions for extended periods
• Capability to leverage our proven system to generate leads for our premier product
