LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a dynamically growing home improvement company, is seeking dedicated Part-time Retail Marketers. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding verbal communication skills, exhibit self-motivation and dependability, and maintain reliable transportation. The selected individuals will operate on-site at various retail locations, with hours and days subject to change, making weekend availability essential.

Job Summary:
The Retail Marketer will participate in scheduled shifts at retail stores, generating leads for the local office through active engagement with potential customers. The role includes surpassing lead generation targets as outlined by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through energetic product demonstrations, utilizing positive interaction techniques
• Operate independently while keeping the manager informed of progress

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is essential
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• A smartphone is required
• Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to educating customers about our products
• High energy levels and the ability to maintain engagement for extended periods
• Capability to use our proven system for generating leads for our top-rated product
