We are seeking individuals dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with the potential for cross-training in various store areas to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as a role model in established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
– Foster and embody a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately while handling cash according to established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain and adhere to our merchandising philosophy, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
– Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in line with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as necessary.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for both the sales floor and the entire store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback with professionalism.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
– Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
