Job Title: Retail Full Time Department Supervisor

Company: TJX Companies

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a “Retail Full Time Department Supervisor” in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for similar roles in the retail industry. According to various salary data sources, such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics and localized salary surveys, department supervisors in the retail sector typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific job responsibilities. Given that Ann Arbor has a relatively higher cost of living and strong demand for retail management positions, this wage range may not only be uncompetitive but could also lead to difficulties in attracting qualified candidates.
