Job Description
Job Title: Retail Key Carrier Supervisor
Company: TJX Companies
Location: Strongsville, OH
Pay: $14 – 14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $14.50 for a “Retail Key Carrier Supervisor” position in Strongsville, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles. According to various industry salary sources, the typical hourly wage for retail supervisor positions generally ranges from $15 to $20 or more, depending on experience and the company’s size. Additionally, cost of living adjustments suggest that wage levels in Ohio can vary, but this pay rate may not adequately reflect the responsibilities of a key carrier supervisor, which often include oversight of staff, inventory management, and ensuring customer service excellence. Overall, while competitive within certain small businesses, this pay rate may not fully align with industry standards or attract candidates with the necessary experience in the broader retail market.
