Compensation Potential:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers at retail locations with enthusiasm and positive interaction.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to address objections and garner customer interest.
• Generate and document leads for our distinguished home products.
• Meet and exceed performance goals and key performance indicators set by the Retail Marketing Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates available on weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended durations and conduct physical product demonstrations.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to address objections and provide informative responses.
