In this role, you will be accountable for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience through active engagement and interaction with shoppers, all while embodying our core customer experience principles. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. You may also be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

• Serve as a role model for established customer experience best practices with both internal and external customers.
• Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring proper change is given according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
• Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company guidelines.
• Actively participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain organizational cleanliness and standards on the sales floor and assist in the overall upkeep of the store.
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback from peers and supervisors.
• Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink and participate in associated programs.
• Engage in safety awareness efforts to ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
