As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This involves engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational standards, merchandise guidelines, and loss prevention strategies. In addition, you may be cross-trained to work in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
• Promote and sustain a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including counting change according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the upkeep of the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
• Participate in safety awareness efforts to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
