As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
- Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns and provide appropriate change according to established operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
- Ensure accurate processing and preparation of merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures.
- Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout your shift.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
- Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback to help foster team development.
- Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Actively support store shrink reduction goals and initiatives.
- Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
