In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience, characterized by engaging interactions with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs dictate.

  • Model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers
  • Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back according to established procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards
  • Participate in store recovery tasks as needed throughout the day
  • Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Actively support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Participate in safety awareness programs to maintain a safe environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
