In this role, you will contribute to our mission by delivering an exceptional customer experience through engaging interactions. You will embody our customer service principles and maintain a clean and organized store environment, all while adhering to operational standards for merchandise and loss prevention. You may also be cross-trained in various store areas to meet the business’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through integrity, respect, and honesty.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back according to established procedures.
– Promote our credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Prepare merchandise for the sales floor with attention to company procedures.
– Actively participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
– Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards across the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store efforts in reducing shrink through participation in relevant programs.
– Engage in safety awareness to maintain a secure work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
