As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a highly satisfying customer experience by actively engaging with customers, embodying our customer service philosophy, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is paramount. You may also be cross-trained to support multiple areas within the store based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Actively participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and throughout the entire store.

– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
– Engage in safety awareness practices to ensure a safe environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
