  • Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.

  • Efficiently process customer purchases and returns, accurately counting change according to established procedures.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards meticulously.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept constructive feedback and recognition.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Engage in safety awareness to help maintain a secure environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
