As a team member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to our operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being cross-trained for various roles within the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and embody a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including handling cash transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Participate in store recovery activities as needed throughout your shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor while contributing to overall store upkeep.
  • Embrace and provide constructive feedback through recognition and collaboration.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction efforts and engage in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
