Overview:
2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandising Field Service Representative! This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, primarily emphasizing job execution, adherence to directives, task completion, and effective communication with shared services leadership. The representative will engage in diverse tasks, including break-fix repairs, display installations, and general merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain consistent communication with field services management, responding promptly to inquiries within 24 hours.
– Keep your availability updated and accurate to reflect your capacity for assignments.
– Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled completion dates.
– Install and construct displays, end caps, and fixtures as required.
– Fill out necessary forms, take images, and complete surveys associated with each job before departing the site.
– Update and maintain displays according to planograms or client specifications.
– Conduct break-fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully operational.
– Participate in early morning installations and collaborative projects requiring a team of two or more, providing constructive feedback on solutions.
– Utilize virtual software effectively to manage and execute related tasks and timelines.
– Contribute to team success by offering assistance to colleagues as needed.
– Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report any discrepancies promptly.
– Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Engage in training and certification programs as required.
– Accurately track, record, and communicate activities through designated systems and workflows.
– Availability for weekend assignments as necessary.
Scheduling / Planning
Your work hours and locations may vary weekly, including possible early morning hours and holiday assignments based on store or client needs. You will be expected to execute multiple job functions as agreed upon. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Project Execution
Follow all provided directives, executing tasks completely and effectively. Collaborate closely with the shared services team to meet goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Relationship Development
– Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
– Foster and sustain productive relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives to encourage collaboration and communication.

– Exhibit professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership qualities while representing the company.
– Set high behavioral standards, cultivate a positive work environment, and ensure respectful, transparent communication with all team members.

Qualifications:
– Age / Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old (due to insurance requirements) and authorized to work in the United States.
– Availability: Flexible hours Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as necessary, including early morning and late-night shifts. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period.
– Physical Abilities: Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and perform various physical activities such as kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, handling/grasping, and reaching overhead.
– Adaptability: Must be able to adjust to a dynamic range of tasks and work environments.
– Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email, to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
