Overview:
2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandising Field Service Representative. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities designed to ensure effective job execution, adherence to directives, task follow-through, and seamless communication within shared services leadership. Key tasks include break-fix repairs, display installations, and general merchandising duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent communication with field services management, responding promptly (within 24 hours) to queries.
  • Regularly update and accurately reflect availability.
  • Complete all assigned tasks by or before the scheduled end dates.
  • Install and construct displays, end caps, and fixtures as required.

  • Participate in early morning installations as well as group installations, providing constructive feedback on solutions.
  • Utilize virtual software for the successful execution of assigned tasks and timelines.
  • Support team success through collaboration and assistance with fellow members whenever necessary.
  • Adhere to timelines for timecard submissions and report any anomalies requiring correction on a daily basis.
  • Operate independently within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Engage in training and certification programs as required.
  • Accurately track, record, and report activity using designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as necessary.
