The Sales Merchandiser position is integral to the execution of Anderson Merchandisers’ standards, aimed at driving sales and meeting the expectations of both our retailers and clients. While this role is supervised by the Market Sales Manager, daily communication and collaboration with the Territory Sales Lead are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Accurately execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays according to provided instructions.
• Uphold accuracy and high-quality work standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Handle merchandising and the execution of all assigned projects with the requisite quality and precision to maintain account aesthetics, ensuring above-average project compliance.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all company policies.
• Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead regarding completed activities, sales opportunities, and any relevant updates, ensuring the Market Sales Manager is informed of successes and potential barriers along with specific requests.
• Demonstrate knowledgeable and consistent use of all available functions of handheld devices.
• Uphold the confidentiality of the company, clients, and retailers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift objects and products weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, with the capacity to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with tasks requiring fine motor skills, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and mobility of both upper and lower body.
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for nights, overnights, and weekends.
