In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with every customer, embodying the principles of customer engagement, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being open to cross-training in various store areas to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
• Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, providing proper change in alignment with established procedures.
• Promote and support credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and follow the merchandising philosophy and adhere to established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
• Initiate and engage in store recovery activities as required throughout the day.
• Uphold all standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and take part in store shrink reduction initiatives.
• Participate in safety initiatives to ensure a secure environment.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
