Job Title: Retail Part Time Backroom Supervisor

Company: TJX Companies

Location: Bowling Green, OH

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a Retail Part-Time Backroom Supervisor in Bowling Green, OH, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the employer and specific responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for retail positions, and the experience required for the role should be considered, but the offered rate may not be competitive given the trend toward higher wages in the retail sector. Additionally, with recent increases in minimum wage laws and shifts in labor market dynamics, potential candidates might find better-paying opportunities elsewhere, suggesting that this wage could be a barrier to attracting qualified applicants.
