You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. By leading through example, you will engage with customers and uphold a clean and organized shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Actively train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service.
  • Coach Associates on personalizing customer interactions and promoting loyalty initiatives.
  • Allocate register assignments, manage point-of-sale coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Ensure Associates execute tasks in alignment with store plans, prioritizing effectively as necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and provide regular progress updates.
  • Offer and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a collaborative manner.
  • Collaborate with Management to identify training needs for Associates to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty program participation.
  • Support initiatives focused on reducing store shrinkage.
  • Promote safety awareness while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
