Her passion for antiques and collectibles has kept her engaged as a dealer for over 30 years. In her downtime, Shannon enjoys reading and spending time with her family in Maine, where she hopes to retire.

• Jasmine Tanner – Merchandising Manager (Greater Detroit): Starting with KGS in 2020 as a seasonal merchandiser, Jasmine advanced to become the Merchandising Manager for South Metro Detroit. Her work experience began at just 13 years old in her mother’s tax business and includes multiple roles at Walmart and as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry. In her leisure, Jasmine enjoys embroidery, painting, crafting, and baking, particularly cookies and breads. She is also dedicated to meal planning for her family.

• Cara Cooney – Merchandising Manager (Greater Detroit): Cara joined KGS in 2018 as a merchandiser, quickly rising to Merchandising Manager for the North Detroit Region by 2020. Outside work, Cara cherishes time with her grandchildren, volunteers at a nonprofit community center, and partakes in adventurous activities, including her favorite, skydiving.

• Sunny Cantrell – Merchandising Manager (Greater Detroit): Sunny has been part of KGS for two years, serving as a Merchandising Manager. Her background includes roles as a visual merchandiser and project manager. She enjoys hiking, being in nature, and spending quality moments with her family and friends.

• Audra Williams – Merchandising Manager (Greater Detroit): Audra became a member of KGS in February 2019 as a Merchandising Manager for East Detroit. Previously, she led and trained over 200 product demonstrators across the West Coast for major retail chains as an Area Manager. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities, motorcycle riding, walking her dog, and traveling to waterfront locations. Audra values strong family ties and is always eager to acquire new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange visually appealing plant displays to attract customers and drive sales
• Maintain product stock, ensuring organization and accessibility
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store management for restocking needs
• Assist with plant care, including watering and general maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of display and plant health

Position Requirements:

• City of Residence: Candidates must reside near our retail service locations, which will be verified during the pre-interview stage
• Reliable Transportation: Transportation is necessary for commuting to work
• Flexible Schedule: Candidates must be available for at least two days per week, with 4-hour shift commitments; additional shifts may be available upon request
• Physical Fitness: Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, and remain active throughout their shift
