The Retail Sales Associate serves as the initial point of contact for our retail customers, delivering exemplary customer service while maintaining a clean, enjoyable, and safe shopping environment. This role involves collaborating with team members in a dynamic setting to efficiently prepare merchandise for sale and ensure its proper display on the sales floor. Additionally, the Retail Sales Associate provides essential operational support to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work varied hours supporting store operations, including openings, production, and closings.
  • Proficient English communication skills to interact effectively with customers and OVGI associates.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service.
