Job Description
Job Title: Retail Sales Associate at Fairfield
Company:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a Retail Sales Associate position in Fairfield, OH, is below the national average, which typically ranges from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and location. While the cost of living in Fairfield is moderate, many retail positions in the area and similar regions offer higher wages, especially with the rising minimum wage in many states and the demand for workers in retail. Therefore, this rate may be considered non-competitive and could make it challenging to attract qualified candidates or retain staff, particularly as the labor market remains tight and workers seek better compensation.
