Through our extensive retail store network, we generate sales revenue that supports thousands of individuals with disabilities and local veterans experiencing homelessness.

The Retail Sales Associate serves as the initial point of contact for our retail customers, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming and safe shopping environment. In this role, you will collaborate with team members in a dynamic setting to efficiently prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor and provide essential operational support to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules in alignment with store opening, production, and closing operations.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with customers and team members.
  • Strong verbal and active listening skills.
  • Outstanding sales and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to anticipate and address customers’ needs effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Uphold a clean and orderly register area.
  • Follow store security protocols diligently.
  • Utilize the paging system to convey store messages.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing restrooms and dressing rooms as needed.
  • Assist donors and customers outside retail locations, greet donors, receive donations, and provide receipts.
  • Articulate our mission and vision effectively to encourage monetary donations at the POS.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
