Job description:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to volunteers, girls, and parents through GSSEM retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Offer assistance to visitors at a GSSEM retail shop location.
– Ensure adherence to daily procedures, including the completion of daily deposit worksheets.
– Process curbside orders for transportation to other service centers.
– Fulfill merchandise requests for camp and event orders.
– Unpack and receive incoming deliveries.
– Organize and maintain accurate inventory of merchandise.
– Oversee merchandising efforts and restocking at the GSSEM retail shop.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in retail sales and customer service.
– Exceptional customer relations skills.
