Key Responsibilities:

  • Model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, counting change back according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold the company’s merchandising philosophy, following established standards and procedures.
  • Efficiently prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by various factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
