In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and interaction with all customers. You will embody our customer experience principles while ensuring a neat and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards is essential. The position may involve cross-training in various areas of the store to meet the needs of the business.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
- Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, providing change back according to established procedures.

- Engage in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor, while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback from peers and supervisors.
- Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
- Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Details
