AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Retail Sales Associate Part Time” in Woodhaven, MI, it’s essential to consider the local cost of living and prevailing wages in the retail sector. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for retail sales associates in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $15, depending on experience, employer, and specific responsibilities. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it is likely competitive and aligns well with industry standards for similar positions in the area. However, if the rate is significantly below this range, it may not attract sufficient talent, particularly in a market where many retailers are increasing wages to compete for workers. Ultimately, evaluating the rate against local market conditions and offering additional benefits or incentives can enhance competitiveness.
